Who We Are
Our Core Work: Our core work is with young women ages 14 to 25 in the Greater Toronto Area, creating spaces that build strong community and cultural connections.
A Safe Haven: Sisters Circle TO is a safe haven for Black Muslim women in the Greater Toronto Area, built for-community, by-community since 2019.
Come As You Are: You are welcome here as you are — at any level of Iman, in any style. Not only hijabis. Diverse women together: some with hair uncovered, some in hijab, some with glasses, with different hair textures. Our Muslim identity is public, not hidden or softened.
Leadership | Safety | Belonging. Sisters Circle TO is for-community, by-community: a safe haven for Black Muslim women in the Greater Toronto Area. Our core work is with young women ages 14 to 25. Leadership grows here, safety is protected here, and belonging is for everyone who comes as they are.
